Returns
If your item is unwanted (ie not faulty or not as described), you must inform us of your wish to return it within seven working days. You must then send the item back to us via a postal service which is trackable online.
We will then provide a full refund (excluding your postage costs back to us) provided that the item is undamaged and in a fully resaleable condition. All unwanted items must be returned unused with seals and packaging intact. We regret that we cannot accept unwanted items once they have been received for more than seven working days.
If the item is faulty or not as described, then we will also refund the postage costs of returning the item.
Faulty goods should be reported to us a soon as the fault has been discovered. You will be provided with full instructions for the return of your item along with a Returns Authorisation Number. |
