                 Returns & Exchanges
                 7-day Return Policy:
                     We proudly stand behind the quality brand names that we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly
                 exchange the item or refund you for the original purchase price as shown on the receipt. The item must be unworn and in its original
                 condition and shipped back to us within 7 days from the date you receive your package.

                     Returns with a Free Shipping Promotion:
                     If you choose to return an item that was shipped for Free during a FREE SHIPPING Promotion, the shipping cost of the item will be
                  deducted from your return. This fee will depend on the value of the returned merchandise. Please note that original shipping is never
                  refunded.

                     Merchandise Return Form:
                     Complete the Merchandise Return Form found on the back of your invoice.

                     Pack and Ship Your Return: The item must be shipped prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping, insurance
                  and handling on returned items are non-refundable. Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose the Merchandise Return Form in your
                  package.

                     International Returns:
                     Lem Studio will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the
                  event a package is refused UPS or USPS will return the package to us and charge us return fees. Lem Studio reserves the right to
                  charge a 20% restocking fee plus any return fees charged to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any
                  shipping costs once an item is refused. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item from UPS or USPS.

                      Quality Control:
                     We do not sell factory seconds, irregulars, or lower quality merchandise. There are several quality checks on all merchandise before
                  shipment. Some items may be manufacturer closeouts and have their label slashed or inked through; this prevents the return of the
                  merchandise to the designer’s retail store for full retail value.

                     Refunds will be issued for items that are grossly misrepresented on auction or that are received damaged without any
                 mention of the damage in the auction description.

                    Items with measurements that are off by +/- one inch are not eligible for a refund. All measurements are approximate and
                 should be used as a reference. Measurements can vary +/- one inch from the measurements stated.

                  The item must be shipped prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Depending upon the transaction, shipping
                may be reimbursed.

 Shipping Options

                       When will my order ship?
                     Lem Studio's all orders within (3) three business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be
                  Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

                       When will my order arrive?
                     Every order is delivered within 15 to 25 business days after the order has left our warehouse, unless a quicker ship
                  method is chosen.
                  International Orders:  
                    Priority mail International   (15-25 business days) = cost is based on the sale price of the item. Please refer to eBay item listing.
                    Express mail International ( 7-14  business days) plus £5.00/ $12.00/ +6,00/ AU $12.00 for each additional item shipped with the
                   same order.

                       How do I track my item?
                     Once your order is shipped, US customers will receive a tracking number and a direct link to their tracking information on the
                   UPS website.

                       Can I combine shipping for more than one order?
                     Multiple Winning Bidder: We offer combined shipping charges for multiple items purchased. To save money on shipping, the
                  shipping rate will be calculated based on the merchandise total for all winning auctions that have closed within 8 business days.

                       Is insurance included?
                     No. Insurance is not included in the standard shipping rates. If you would like to insure your package, please choose to pay the
                  insurance amount indicated at checkout. If you do not choose to pay insurance at checkout, your package will be shipped with no
                  insurance. If your package is lost or stolen, you will not be reimbursed for the purchase amount. Lem Sudio is not liable for packages
                  that are not insured.

                       Measuring Your Body                      
                    If you don't know your measurements, they're easy to determine with a flexible tape measure. To obtain the most precise,
                  to-the-body measurements, wear underclothing with minimal fullness. Use a full-length mirror, if possible. It may be easier
                  (and more accurate) to have someone else take the measurements for you.
