Dispatch

Economy Delivery -
Order will be sent by Royal Mail and typically UK addresses take
between 3 - 5 weekdays after dispatch, other areas or countries can be up to
10 weekdays. We always ship on the first weekday after order is received, as
goods are always in stock. If any deliveries are outside these normal
shipping times please contact us first to enable an investigation on your
behalf before leaving feedback.

Express
Delivery - All orders received by 3.30pm on a weekday will be shipped
for next weekday delivery by Interlink to mainland UK addresses and two
weekdays for Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of
Man, Scottish Highlands and Isles. Other countries can be up to 5 weekdays.
If any deliveries are outside
these normal shipping times please contact us first to enable an
investigation on your behalf before leaving feedback.
Shipping
- Please ensure all orders are checked on receipt for shortages or damage.
Claims have to be made within 48 hours of your delivery or a claim can be
refused.
- Orders received after 3.30pm are dispatched on the
following weekday. We do not dispatch items on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank
Holidays.
- Postal districts such as the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Northern
Ireland etc. might
incur a higher delivery charge, but we will contact you and agree that with
you first. We will allow the cancellation of the order if this is
unacceptable to you.
- European and World shipments - We reserve the right to vary the cost of
shipping to whatever the actual cost price is for shipping to your desired
country, but we will discuss this with you first.
- Incorrect or Re-Directed Addresses: You might incur additional costs for lost or
re-delivered goods due to an incorrect address. Requested re-directs
of order to another address might incur extra charge if outside carriers
zone and we will require payment before redirection.
