Please contact us within 7 days of recieving the item, you can contact us using any of the methods opposite providing us the reason why they wish to return the item.
In relation to items that are simply unwanted, we require buyers to return the items at their own expense.The buyer must send the item back to us via a postal service that is recorded or trackable.
If the item is undamaged and in a fully resaleable condition, we will accept the refund but we will deduct our costs from this (Postage and Packaging fees).
If items are defective or significantly not as described, we will refund buyers' postage costs for returning the items.
