If you have any problems with your item please contact us first prior to opening a case or leaving a feedback - we are here to help.

Warranty

  • All new and used items are covered by a 14 day warranty.
  • Buyer has 14 days from delivery date to test an item and report any problems or issues, any problems reported after 14 days will not be covered by warranty.
  • Used batteries might have a shorter life than advertised by a manufacturer - we do not test or guarantee charge length.
  • No warranty on software. Unless mentioned - no discs or activation keys are included.
  • No warranty on items which have been tampered with or altered.
  • No warranty on items listed as "For Parts or Not Working"

Returns

  • Please contact us first to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected.
  • Items must be returned within 5 business days after receiving an RMA number.
  • Please read all listing details carefully prior to ordering - buyer is responsible for parts compatability.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Buyer pays return shipping costs unless the item is DOA and buyer wants a replacement.
  • All returned items must be unaltered and in the same exact condition as received by the purchaser. All returned items will undergo an inspection to ensure the item is the same item sold and in the same condition sold. Items received in any other condition will not be refunded or replaced. Please package your return well - if it is received damaged we cannot refund your purchase.
