• Please note: "lots" or "sets" count as 1 item. For example, an auction with [a lot of 6 headbands] is 1 item.
Shipping time
We ship in 2 to 3 business days upon receiving your payment. All orders are shipped from Malaysia through Registered International Air Mail delivery service. International Airmail normally delivers within 2-3 weeks but it will takes longer to deliver sometimes. Please note that once we have passed your order to the post office the delivery time is outside of our control. We cannot guarantee any specific date that when your ordered item will arrive. Delivery time may influence by holidays, events and other uncertainties so please take this into consideration.
Customs and import duties
You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.

• If you are ordering multiple items, please pay for them together in one payment. They will be combined automatically, with the discount described above if applicable.
Return policy
We can provide full refunds (same currency paid by the buyer, we are not guarantee the exchange of the currency) if you are unsatisfied with any item(s) provided that such item(s) return to us. However this must reported to us within 3 days after you receive the item(s). No postage and shipping insurance costs will be refunded and we do not cover the postage costs for returned items that do not meet your satisfaction. If your package is returned to us "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to an unauthorized cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address) we cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item. If a refused or unclaimed package is no longer wanted by the customer, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and a store credit of the balance will be issued to the customer less shipping charges and fees, valid for 2 weeks. Alternatively, the customer has the option of accepting their original order and return shipping fee(s). *Exception: If a refused or unclaimed package is a "custom" item, the customer owns it.
