1. How do I contact LK Bennett?

2. What is the difference between fabric 'Snakeskin' and 'Snake Effect (Leather)'?
The fabric description 'Snakeskin' in reference to shoe upper material signifies that the product is made with real snakeskin. 'Snake Effect (Leather)' refers to leather which has been printed with a snake texture and is therefore not real snakeskin.

3. How do I work out what size I am?
We want to make sure you have a perfect fit so please browse our size guides for more information.

4. How can I pay for my order?
LK Bennett eBay Outlet accepts PayPal Payments only.

5. Can I change my order once it has been placed?
You will be unable to make any changes, including changes of address, to your order once it has been accepted. Once an order has been placed please contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order.

6. What happens if an item(s) is found to be out of stock after my order is placed?
We aim to contact you as soon as possible to let you know that your order has experienced a shortage. You will be refunded for the out of stock item and we will endeavour to locate a replacement item for you. However, we will be unable to request a mail order from our stores.

7. What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered after the specified time?
Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First check to see if your item has already been shipped. You will have received an email when your order was dispatched with your order tracking number which will allow you to see the status of your delivery. If it has left our warehouse, and you feel it's 'severely overdue' please call Customer Services (Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30), quoting your order reference number, on 0844 581 5881 or from outside the UK +44 20 7637 6731 or email ebayoutlet@lkbennett.com. Please note all emails will be responded to within 2 working days

8. What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?
Our couriers will leave a card at your delivery address with instructions of how to collect your parcel. Your parcel will be held at your local depot for 7 days. If you do not contact the depot within the timescale your parcel will be automatically returned to our warehouse and we will refund you for the items. Please note that we are unable to arrange redeliveries.

9. Can I ring Customer Services and place my order through them?
We are only able to accept orders through the LK Bennett eBay Outlet web site.

10. What happens if I receive a faulty item?
Please call Customer Services (Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30) on 0844 581 5881 or from outside the UK +44 20 7637 6731 or e-mail ebayoutlet@lkbennett.com quoting your order reference number. All emails will be responded to within 2 working days. Please note that on some occasions we may request photographs of the fault on the item to be sent in order to process a discount or offer a refund or alternative option. Please ensure these are sent as we do require these in order to be able to assist you further.

11. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

12. Do you offer combined postage?
Yes, we do offer combined postage. You must place all desired items in your basket and request an invoice update. Once we have updated your invoice please proceed to checkout. Please note, we are only able to update invoices Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30. Should you find you have been charged extra please email ebayoutlet@lkbennett.com quoting your order number and we will refund you the difference in postage via PayPal.

Returns

1. What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods then LK Bennett offer a 14 day returns policy.

LK Bennett reserves the right to refuse to a refund if the goods returned are not in perfect condition or in the original packaging.

2. How do I return an item I have purchased?
Complete the returns form enclosed with your purchase, place the completed form in the parcel with your item(s) and attach the returns label provided to the front of your parcel. Follow the instructions for a royal mail return. We will reimburse the cost of postage for faulty goods but we require the postage receipt as proof of purchase in order to be able to process the refund. Please email a copy of your receipt to ebayoutlet@lkbennett.com in order for this to be processed. Please note: Any item(s) bought online cannot be returned to an LK Bennett store.

3. Can I return pierced earrings or hair accessories?
We are unable to accept the return of any pierced earrings or any hair accessories for health and hygiene reasons.

4. Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately we are only able to offer a refund service, so please return your goods and re order.
