The standard shipping fee for all items ordered on LK Bennett eBay Outlet is 3 pounds and 95 pence.

All UK parcels are sent on a 72 hr service Monday - Friday*.

Deliveries are made using an approved courier . We aim to get your goods to you within 3-5 days of your order however please allow 14 days before contacting our customer service department.

You will receive notification via email confirming the despatch of your delivery and details of how to track your parcel.

Our courier deliveries require a signature, if you are not there a card will be left so you can re-arrange the delivery at a more convenient time. Please note that we are unable to arrange redeliveries.

Please ensure the delivery addresses are correct in both eBay and PayPal, as we are unfortunately unable to make any amendments once your order has been placed.

We do offer combined postage on orders. In order for this to be applied please add all your items to the basket and request an invoice update before you proceed to Paypal.

Delivery: We currently only ship to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. This excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Jersey and Guernsey.

Late Deliveries:

Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First check the tracking code you received on the despatch email.
