| Refunds & Exchanges General Information
We are currently experiencing a backlog of returns. Please
allow us up to 7 days upon receipt of your return for us to inspect and
to process your return. We are working diligently to process returns as
soon as they arrive. We appreciate your patience in this matter. You
will receive an email when your return has been processed. Thank you.
We strive our best to make sure you are completely happy with
your purchase.
We have an UNCONDITIONAL return policy refunding the purchase amount or
our current price for the item at the time of us receiving the return
for items received back that are in its original, unworn condition.
Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

We must receive the item back in an unworn condition with its
original packaging material within 14 days of purchase. PLEASE DO NOT
TAPE UP THE SHOE BOX TO RETURN FOOTWEAR. Returns received unwrapped or
without the original box will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based
on the total price including shipping. We also require the original
invoice included with the order or it will make it difficult, if not
impossible, to process the return. Please include the reason for the
return (i.e."Too big"). Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt
of package through the original payment method (if you paid by PayPal,
it would be refunded to your Paypal account, if by money order, you will
receive a check). Please allow 5 business days for us to receive and
process your return. Please note, if you paid with a credit card, it can
take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your
statement, depending on your financial institution.

Even though it happens rarely, we do make mistakes on occasion.
If that happens, please contact us FIRST! We may or may not require
the original item be returned back to us. We will provide a return
UPS/FedEx shipping label where applicable or we will fully reimburse
(USPS Priority Mail only) your return shipping back us. Upon receipt of
the wrong item sent (where applicable), we will either send you the
correct item back to you free of charge or provide you with a full
refund including the original shipping amount.

Our inventory turns over very rapidly and we cannot hold an item for a
customer for an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, we
suggest that you go ahead and find the item you want to exchange for and
complete your payment for it. This way, you would get the item you
want faster without delay. Once we receive your return, we will process
a full refund including the shipping*. Please follow the above return
instructions and write "Exchange" on your invoice.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, all orders outside of the United States are final. We
take extra care inspecting international orders to ensure correct
