We aim to ship your order in two to three working days. We prefer payment by paypal or by bank transfer. WE NOW ALSO ACCEPT CHEQUES. Please refer to our Terms of Sale page above for complete information.

Our geographical address and our VAT number is displayed in the listing under “Business Seller Information”.

All prices displayed in our listings are inclusive of VAT.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.



--Despatch Policy--

We usually despatch orders within one to two working days, Monday to Saturday. For the purpose of delivery, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are non-working days.

Depending on the weight and value of your order, we will select the most suitable method of delivery, by Royal Mail or a delivery courier.

We are committed to shipping orders fast but we do not guarantee a specific day or date for delivery as we rely on Royal Mail or a delivery courier.

Please note that Express or Courier delivery service is not available for delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If you place an order for Express delivery on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, your order will be despatched on the next working day.

Some of our listings are displayed as free delivery and some charge for delivery, where our listings are free delivery, we include any UK delivery costs into the item price.

All UK chargeable delivery and free delivery listings are priced for UK mainland only. If you require delivery to Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Shetland Islands or Channel Islands, please contact us prior to placing your order to find out about any delivery surcharges that may apply.

We do not ship certain products and pressurised products to Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Shetland Islands, Channel Islands or International Destinations under any circumstances.



--International buyers--

We will ship most items to most countries depending on weight, destination and type of products involved. Most international orders under 2Kg in actual weight are shipped by registered post.

Orders over 2Kg in actual weight will be priced for delivery charges according to actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is greater, hereon referred to as overall weight. We ship by international couriers such as DHL and other consolidation carriers, the type of courier used depends on the destination and overall weight of the order.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or delivery charges. These import charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase.



--Your Rights--

As per the Distance Selling and e-Commerce Regulations applicable to UK and EU sales, you have the right to cancel your order as long as you let us know within 7 working days, which is the cooling off period. Please let us know by using the messaging email service as soon as possible, in any event within 7 working days, the unwanted product(s) must be unopened, unused in original condition and your message should be clearly worded stating that you wish to cancel. It is your right to receive a full refund within 30 days of the notice of cancellation, your cancellation must be in writing using the messaging email service. If you cancel, you must return all the products in the order including any gifts that you receive with your order.

Any business to business transactions, sale by auction and perishable goods are excluded from these cancellation rights.



--Cancellation Policy--

As long as your order has not been despatched when your notice of cancellation was received, we will issue you with a full refund as soon as possible, nevertheless, within 30 days of the date of your notice of cancellation.

If your order has been despatched, we will issue a return authorisation along with the details of how to return upon your notice of cancellation, the unwanted product(s) must be unopened, unused in original condition and you will need to return the order back to us at your cost and risk, we do not refund your postage costs. The order must be received back by us within 7 days of our authorisation of return. Once we receive your unwanted order back, we will issue you a refund less the delivery charges incurred in sending the original package to you as soon as possible, nevertheless, within 30 days of the date of receipt of your returned package.



--Returns Policy--

We do not accept unwanted items back after the 7 working days cancellation period and or if the item has been opened or used.

Should your item develop a fault within its warranty period, please let us know using the messaging email service as soon as possible. We will issue a return authorisation along with the details of how to return the product and you will need to return the order back to us at your cost and risk, we do not refund your postage costs. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced inline with the manufacturer’s policies, if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer an appropriate solution.

If you receive damaged items or items not as per order or incorrect items, please let us know using the messaging email service as soon as possible. We will handle each issue on a case by case basis and accordingly we will send you details of how to return the package.

Should an exchange of product(s) or return be agreed with you, please note that you will not under any circumstances be entitled to any refund or exchange from us until we have actually received the product(s) to exchanged or refund, from you.



--Failed Deliveries & Losses--

Royal Mail will normally attempt UK deliveries within 3 to 5 working days of despatch and they can take upto 2 weeks to deliver. The postman would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.

The delivery courier will normally attempt delivery within 1 to 3 working days of despatch, if you do not receive your order within this time frame, please send us a message and we will look into this. The delivery courier will normally email you to let you know when they have your package and they would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.

If your order is received back by us for the reasons Unclaimed, Not Called For, Incorrect or Incomplete Address, Addressee Gone Away then we will issue a refund less the delivery charges incurred in sending the original package to you as soon as possible, nevertheless, within 30 days of the date of receipt of your returned package.

Should a package be lost or damaged by the carrier, you agree to fully co-operate to help us to recover any costs from the carrier in relation to your order. If your order is lost or damaged, we will make necessary enquiries with the carrier involved, in our enquires, we may ask you to complete an electronic and or paper claim form and or any documentation requirements from the carrier. If you fail to co-operate, we reserve the right to take necessary action to recover costs from you.



--Protection and Privacy--

During the process of your order with us, you consent for us to collect and retain information about you, which not limited to but including your name, address and contact details which includes your email address. Your email address will be opted into our newsletter list.

We do not retain any of your payment details.

Any information we collect about you, may be transferred and stored in our databases outside the European Economic Area. We may send you occasional newsletter emails on a selective basis about our company news, products, offers, and upcoming events. On every such email there will be an unsubscribe link and you can opt-out of this service.

For your protection, we do not sell or pass your information onto third parties.
