Q1 What kind of payment method is accepted?
 

Kittymagic23 accepts Paypal payment and credit card payment (for non Paypal user).
We apologize that we donot accept other payment methods includes Money Order, Personal Cheque and etc.

 

Q2  How can I pay by Paypal?
 

Kittymagic23 accepts Paypal payment. If you are an existing Paypal user, Kittymagic23 recommends you to pay through Paypal.

Q3 How can I pay by credit card?
  If you donot have a Paypal account, you can pay by credit card though our online credit card system. The payment system is call 2checkout.com and my username is toypanda.

Q4 Can I pay in my own currency?
 

You can pay in your preferred currency if you are using Paypal. Paypal accept pound, USD, Euro, CAD, Hong Kong Dollar and Japanese Yen.

Please sum up the total (final price, shipping and optional insurance) of all items and use the exchange rate provided by eBay as in the following URL:

If U encounter problem using Paypal after your login your eBay account. U can pay directly in Paypal by the following steps:

2. Click the SEND MONEY tab on the top.

4. Input the total amount (item price, shipping cost and optional insurance) with your desired currency.

Q5 Does Kittymagic23 offer wholesales?
 

We offer wholesale pricing, with bulk purchase discounts to dealers or resellers. If you are a toy retailer, please register with us via email and you can buy from us with the wholesale pricing.

 

Q6 Can I defer my payment?
  Customer is required to complete the transaction with 7 days.
Kittymagic23 accepts defer payment request. Customer can defer their payment to a total of 21 days. It is only applicable if customer has raised a request by email on or before the purchase/end of auction.

Our eBay system sends Payment Reminder Email automatically after the transaction is completed 7 days.


Q7 Can I cancel my item?
  All sales are final.
Non pay bidder is required to pay GBP 3.00 cancellation fee for each unwanted item. This cancellation fee is used to cover to eBay’s advisement cost and commission fee.
Non-pay record is always filed by eBay.

Please follow this instruction to pay for the cancellation fee:
1. Login Paypal
2. Click the Send Money Tab on the top.
3. Our Paypal account is kittymagic23@yahoo.com.hk
4. In the description field, please input :Cancellation fee for item XXXXXX from eBay user XXXXX.

Buyer who paid for the cancellation fee will not receive unpaid item dispute from eBay.


Q8 What should I do when I received a fault item (exclude damage happen during delivery)?
  Fault item need to be reported within 60 days since the shipping date.
Item damaged by human mistake is not protected under our return policy.

Please email us for mutual understanding and get the Return Authorization Code before post the item back:
1. Send an email to kittymagic23@yahoo.com.hk with the email subject : Fault Item Report for item XXXXXXXXX from eBay buyer XXXXXXX.
2. Please provide a detail description of the problem.
3. Please provide a photo if the problem is visible.

For default item, the shipping cost of the original trip is refundable.
The returned item must be in the original packing and in unused condition. Kittymagic23 issue refund/repost after the item is examined.

Kittymagic23 has the right to determine a refund or repost based on the stock availability.


Q9 What should I do if my item is damaged during the delivery?
  Refund or repost is only offered to customer who paid for the optional postal insurance.
Kittymagic23 highly recommends customer pay for optional postal insurance.

Q10 What should I do if I do not receive my item?
  Kittymagic23 ships item from Hong Kong to any country through international airmail. Item will be posted on the next working day (Mon-Sat). Customers will receive an Item Dispatch Email when item is shipped.

Delivery takes 7 – 14 days to United Kingdom, USA and Australia. Additional time is required for other countries. It is common to find that some customers receive their item after 21 days. Please allow additional traveling time during the high season.

A tracking number is provided by the Hong Kong Post Office ONLY if customer pays for the optional postal insurance.

Tracking information of some destinations is only available up to departure of HK.

Customer does not purchase the optional postal insurance is not protected.
