Item arrived on time. It wasn't in its original packaging, but was in a piece of folded paper inside a plastic postage bag - no padding. In full working order, but there was a slight cosmetic mark on one edge - black coating chipped to show metal beneath. This was possibly a result of it being posted or stored without the original box, but item may have actually been used - no way to tell. I feel it should have been described as New (other) at best.
