Payment Information

We require all items to be paid within seven working days, or evidence of payment shown.  We accept the following methods of payment:

- PayPal (preferred). To ensure quick delivery of your item, please use the PayPal Instant Payment option to ensure quick dispatch of your item. PayPal also offers an eCheque option, which are like real cheques and can take some time to clear. Items purchased using eCheque will be sent upon payment clearance. Note: for non-UK orders PayPal is the only payment method we can accept. 

- Cheques and postal orders: When paying by cheque or postal order, please ensure to clearly mark the item number and you full name on the cheque or postal order. All cheques should be made payable to Point Set Digital Ltd. and sent to our address below, including your name, item number and full postal address. 
- Please note that no cash payments can be accepted.

Order cancellation

An eBay bid is a binding contract and usually we cannot accept order cancellations. In certain circumstances we can cancel the order before it is dispatched. Please write to ebay@pointsetdigital.co.uk for any order cancellations. If your item has been dispatched, you can return it by following the returns policy below.

Returns policy 

If you are not happy with an item, you are entitled to send it back within 14 days. we will refund the full price of the item if it’s returned to us, but not  the postage.

If you think your item is faulty, please contact our support on ebay@pointsetdigital.co.uk We aim to help with any problems you might have installing or operating and if the item turns out to be faulty, we will offer an exchange or a full refund.

Shipping

Unless specified, all out items are shipped using Royal Mail 1^st Class post domestically and Royal Mail Airmail abroad. We also offer the option of shipping UK items 1^st Class recorded. Please select the 1^st Class Recorded option on checkout if you wish to use this service . Please note that 1st Class post and Airmail items cannot be tracked. 

Items are usually shipped on the same day, if we receive payment by 1 :30pm on that day.

Shipping times for Royal Mail 1^st Class items are as follows:

Within the UK, Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class post items the next working day (including Saturdays).  In practice, 90% of mail is delivered next day but please allow up to two weeks for items to arrive as we cannot claim compensation for lost items before this time.

Within the EU, you can expect your item to arrive within 10 working days, outside of Europe,  items are usually delivered within 14 working days, but can take slightly longer. 

Shipping costs stated include all handling and processing fees. We do not have any hidden charges.

We currently offer a postage discount of  £0.75  per additional item purchased. This can be applied automatically by going to My  Ebay>Combine Items on your eBay page. Please contact us for postage costs of bulk orders (over 10 items).   Please note you must combine items before paying for them to qualify for this discount.

We are located in the UK and dispatch all items from Edinburgh. Due to security and legal reasons, we cannot offer a pickup service of items. All items are sent by post.

We aim to answer all support queries within one  working  day . Enquiries received over the weekend will be answered on the next working day.

If you have not received a reply, please check your spam folder first.  It's also worth adding our address to your spam exclusion list to make sure you do not miss any emails from us.     

Packaging

All our items are brand new and sent securely packaged. Some of our non-branded items come unboxed. This is because we purchase them directly from the manufacturers  overseas . In order to reduce the environmental impact on transport from the Far East to Europe, we prefer to purchase items un-boxed. This way we can save  CO2 emissions , and ensure you get the lowest prices possible. 

We can arrange for items to be boxed if you email us.

Value Added Tax

We are VAT registered and all of our prices are inclusive of VAT. We can issue separate VAT invoices upon request.
