We hope you will be happy with your purchase,but if for any reason you are not please contact us through the Ebay messaging service or email us at kicknfootwear@gmail.com and we will do our very best to resolve the problem but if we cannot,all you need to do is request a return through the ebay resolution centre and once accepted by us,simply pack the item up and put our return address on it which is on the invoice that came with your item and write on the invoice what you would like us to do,this way we can process your return much quicker,take the parcel to a post office and tell them you want to send this item signed for please keep the receipt they give you as proof of postage,please send within 7 days from date of receiving and once we receive it back we will offer you a full refund including your postage cost for sending it back if it's an error on our behalf or for any other reason not an error by us in anyway less our cost of postage,please note all our goods are fully checked for damage/defect and correct size and colour before being shipped out,we can only accept a genuine manufacture fault,goods damaged by negligence or general wear and tear will not be accepted,this does not affect your statutory rights or ebay buyer protection.
