Warranties
All Kettler products sold on the ebay shop come with a warranty. This will vary according to product but will be stated in the item description.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not include wear and tear items and items assembled incorrectly. Please be aware that all items require maintenance of some sort as many have moving parts. If you require details of regular maintenance on specific machines, please e-mail us at sales@kettlerdirect.co.uk quoting "ebay shop" and the item description. If we have to send an engineer to repair a product as part of the warranty agreement and it is found to be through mis-use, incorrect assembly or not a valid warranty claim, we will charge you for this call out which is £95 plus vat. If we need to exchange the item as part of the warranty agreement and discover that the faulty item is not a genuine claim, we alre also liable to recover the charges incurred.
Please be aware that items which are sold as "refurbished items" may have slight scratches, scuffs or marks.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you wish to return the goods to us, please contact us via e-mail (sales@kettlerdirect.co.uk) within 7 days of order quoting your name and address and order ref. We will issue you with an authorisation number which must be quoted on all correspondence including the parcel. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Kettler (details will be given) at your expense within 7 days of getting an authorisation number. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in as new saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery. Refunds incur a 10% admin charge. If these conditions are not met, you may not be liable for a 90% refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days to the original payment method (this excludes any delivery charges). |
