We are proud of our reputation for being an Ebay Power Seller with high standards. We frequently review our shop policies in line with ebay standards. We have a Fair Postage Charge Policy - we keep our postage charges to the minimum and review in line with Royal Mail increases; we offer generous discounts on additional purchases. We aim to offer first class service to all our customers and therefore items are despatched from Post Office Counter Service with Royal Mail Smart Stamp to ensure correct size and weight for postage costs, quick delivery and tract certificate of posting system; in addition all items are carefully and securely packed to ensure they arrive in good condition. We are pleased to accept PAYPAL, PERSONAL CHEQUE UK Only(to be received within 5 days of end of auction or UK Postal Order. Personal cheques will take 4/5 working days to clear.)We regularly ship overseas under airmail and paypal with certificate of posting. All shipping is usually within two working days of clearance of payment. Returns policy 14 days - we will replace faulty item if returned 14 days (after contact seller)however we are not able to exchange maps for different map(Postage paid by seller). Customer has a right to cancel and return provided unused and packed as specified in detail on purchase information. Postage costs at their own expense. The majority of our customers (99.9) are extremely pleasant and helpful, however along with Ebay Policy and other suppliers we will not accept unacceptable and threatening behaviour via emails if there is a problem, which we expect to resolve to buyer and seller satisfaction. (particularly if it is outside of our control). Any customer who fails to comply with this policy will forfit their right to our help in this instance.
