Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return your purchase from JT Macs Direct, we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange for a different size/colour, providing the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. We will only be able to accept returns that are sent back to us within 30 days following the date of delivery.

Please complete the returns form that was sent with your order, indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please enclose the form in your parcel to be returned and attach the bottom part of the form with our address and attach onto the front of the parcel.

If you would like to return your item for a refund, we will refund the full price of the product (Excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returns the product to us). via the same method originally used to pay for the item. Alternatively, we offer exchanges free of any additional postage charges to our UK customers. If we do not have the requested item in stock, we will issue a refund for the full price of the product. If you are an overseas customer and you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return your item for a refund and place a new order for the alternate item.

All refunds and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 48 hours of receiving your returned item.
