Personal cheque payments from UK customers
Goods will not be posted until 10 days after receipt by us to allow for clearance.
If you are purchasing more than 1 item, you MUST ask for combined postage BEFORE making payment. You will need to be patient until we can weigh your goods to establish the correct postal cost. If you are impatient and pay individually for your items, this will not necessarily mean your goods will be posted any sooner and we will NOT refund overpaid postage.
We do NOT work on ebay at the weekend (particularly on Sundays!) We do NOT work on ebay in the evenings! We are a business and work Monday to Friday Business hours
Postage & Packaging Costs
Please note that P&P means just that - Postage AND Packaging. Packaging costs money and it takes time to pack goods therefore our costs reflect this. Also included in domestic & EU P&P, as with all our prices, is VAT. As a business we are obliged to charge this. Private sellers do not, therefore our P&P charges may appear higher than those of private individuals.
Items Lost or Damaged in Post
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Goods are checked thoroughly before posting and we pride ourselves on our good packing. (see our feedback!)
We always obtain proof of posting and will be happy to send a copy on request.
If you require your purchase sent by recorded or registered post, please ask BEFORE making payment and we will amend your post and packing charges accordingly.
Italian Buyers Please Read!!
Due to the large number of items disappearing in the post to Italy there will be an additional charge for items sent to this country in order to use a guaranteed, trackable service.
Buyers from Italy are to ask for their invoice to be adjusted before payment or email for a quote before buying.
Failure to do so will result in any payments made being refunded and a new invoice sent for the increased postal charge.
We are sorry to have to do this, but we are losing money due to the poor service given by ther Italian postal service.
Customers outside the EU
You should email for VAT exclusive pricing on 'Buy it Now' items and carriage costs on larger items BEFORE making payment.
If you fail to do this, you will be expected to pay the full price and any carriage costs incurred.
Please note that some of our items are for dispatch to UK Mainland only. Please read descriptions fully before purchasing.
Paypal payment is essential for all EU and overseas purchases (we do NOT accept foreign currency, foreign cheques or bank transfers).
For trackable postage (e.g International signed-for) please ask BEFORE making payment and we will amend your postage costs accordingly
As per Distance Selling Regulations, goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt and you should include your original receipt. As the buyer, you will be responsible for the cost of any return postage.
If you are returning a faulty product, please contact us 1st to see if it is cost effective to return. If you are returning an item for refund because you have changed your mind, then a 50p charge will be made to cover listing & refund fees through paypal
Collecting your goods in Person
If you wish to collect your goods in person, please advise us when buying and we will remove any postage costs from your invoice.
Goods are to be collected within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to do so could result in storage charges of 20 pence per day
