We post Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
We will email all customers whenever possible once their parcels have been posted.
If your item is to be sent by courier, this takes a little longer. We need to book collection once your parcel is packaged and this is entirely dependent on which courier we use. We are at present using various couriers to get the best deal and delivery cost for our customer for specific weight/size parcels.
During holiday periods, we will obviously try to keep to our regular posting schedule, but there will be occasions when this will not be possible and we apologise for any inconvenience or delay in receiving goods at these times.
We will advise on our shop front when any delays may be possible due to staff shortages. You will still be able to purchase items, Cheque and Paypal payments can still be made to purchase items if our staff are not available for any reason (holidays, illness etc) but as mentioned before there will be delays in posting goods.
