Where is my order?
Orders are only dispatched once payment has successfully been taken and the item is in stock. It may take up to 24 hours for your order to be dispatched and a signature is required on delivery. If you're still having problems locating your order call Customer Services on 0871 641 2290.
Do I pay to return an item?
We will refund your return postage costs if an item is faulty, however if the item is not faulty we cannot refund return postage.
Can I have an exchange?
We currently do not accept exchanges on any items, a new order would have to be placed.
I have an item missing out of my order...

I have received a security tag on my item...
To prevent damage to your item we recommend you do not remove any security tags yourself. Please call Customer Services on 0871 641 2290.
Can I have an item delivered outside the UK?
We currently only delivery to UK addresses when purchasing from our eBay Store.
Are items from your eBay Store new?
Yes. All of the items purchased through our eBay store are new and dispatched from our main warehouse.
Can I use gift cards or voucher codes on your eBay Store?
We currently do not accept gift cards or voucher codes on our eBay Store.
What payment methods do you accept on eBay?
We accept PayPal for all items purchased on our eBay Store. We cannot accept cheques, bank transfers or cash.
