To ensure your items are in good condition, we will double check the quality before shippment. However, if you do have any dissatisfaction on the product, kindly please let us know via e-mail, we will seek an immediate solution to settle your problem. It is our obligation to cater our customer's concerns, we believe that a good & fair trading is depended on mutual-communicating, while a negative feedback can only keep the problem unsolved.
In case the item you receive is not in good working order email us within 7 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange it and refund the extra postal charges incurred to return the item. If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund including the extra postal charges incurred to return the faulty item. If however you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you may return it within 7 days and you will be issued a refund minus the postal charges incurred. The item must be in a resellable condition. With postage free items we will deduct postal charges from the refund amount which varies with each item.
