Postage Terms (UK only):
We offer FREE P&P (2nd Class Economy Delivery) within the UK only on all purchases.

Recorded Delivery (1st & 2nd Class) includes a tracking service and is usually a much quicker postage service. Tracking details will be uploaded within 24hrs of dispatch.

Special Delivery (UK only) offers a much quicker next day delivery & also includes a tracking service.

For Guaranteed Next Day delivery we ask that payment be made before 12pm or to contact us if before 3pm. We are of course happy for you to collect your purchase from our shop with no extra charges being applied.

Postage Terms (Outside UK):
Standard Economy Delivery is provided as standard with all items. This varies in delivery times from 5-25 working days.
International Signed For Delivery offers a quicker delivery service & full tracking details will be provided.

We are not responsible for any import duties that may be charged by your countries customs. We advise you to check if any additional costs are applicable prior to making your purchase.

We always aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of payment being received.

We are closed on Wednesdays & Sundays (items will be dispatched next working day)

Refunds & Returns:
If the item we have supplied is faulty an exchange will be offered or a refund if this is not possible or acceptable. This will be upon receipt of the return of the original supplied item.
If the item we have supplied is not as described a full refund will be offered.
Items purchased in error will be accepted as a return but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and a refund minus our P&P costs will be made.
All our items are security marked and any serial numbers will be noted before dispatch.
Any item returned as faulty/unsuitable must be in the same condition as they left us and will be verified and tested prior to any refund/exchange being made.
Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA number supplied by ourselves and we will not be responsible for any returned item damaged or lost in transit
