Returns policy:
Faulty or not as described:
For items which are faulty/not as described on receipt, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail through ebay only. We will then issue you with a FIT number for reference and that will should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us with 14 days at the buyers expense and upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that he item is faulty.
If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel to us. This is usually second class post. If a faster service or a more expensive method of postage is used to return the item, we will only refund the minimum amount it would have cost to send the item back to us and not the actual price paid.
'Buy it Now' items:
Buyers buying an item(s) using the 'Buy it Now' option have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the transaction (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and return their purchase for a refund. The buyer must pay for the cost of returning the item. Additionally the item must be well packaged in the original packaging and recorded delivery used. Refunds will only be given after the product(s) are returned, and in the same condition as they were dispatched.
Auction items:
The UK Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to eBay auction format listings on eBay.co.uk.
Non-delivery
For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as undelivered because no one was at home or the buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered or collected, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges as they would have been paid.
If the item was with free Post & Packaging Charges, we will deduct 25% from the total price to cover post and packaging charges.
If the item was sent by courier, we will deduct the courier charges x 2 as we get charged for sending the goods out and also for having the goods returned to us. |
