Rx Center: We only provide prescribed spectacles services upon presenting legal prescription from licensed optometrist. Please send your prescription to us by email or fax. All service due to stock availability, please contact us before payment.

Prescribed spectacles are replaceable or refundable if we made mistake; Prescribed spectacles are neither replaceable nor refundable if mistake is caused by inaccurate prescription  presented by customers. Thank you for your attention.

 Please follow the process of Filling Prescription :

Step 1: Bid the frame you like ,but don't make payment at once. Then Send us your prescription by email or eBay message before your payment .

Step 2: Choose lenses from our form according to our link, then tell us the lens No. and lens Brand.

Step3: Wait for invoice sent from eBay (we will combine price of lenses and frames)

Step4: Make payment at last according to our invoice that includes price of lenses and frames. Then your order will be started immediately.

How to Filling Prescription?

1) Please mail or fax us your prescription that includes both left and right eye Sphere , Cylinder and Axis ,and your Pupil Distance (PD)  etc . Email:553492875@qq.com

If not, please provide us with the following information so that we can offer filling prescription service :
OD (Right)： SPH ?, CYL?, AXIS ?

OS (Left)： SPH ?, CYL ?, AXIS ?

PD (far or near): ? (Your Pupil Distance)

Please pay attention to following information:

If you don’t have cylinder (CYL), you don't need to offer it and don't need to write AXIS too.

You can reply it like the following examples:

OD (Right)： SPH -2.00, CYL -1.50, AXIS 5

OS (Left)： SPH -1.75, CYL -2.00, AXIS 180..

PD (OPTICAL CENTRES DIST): 65 MM..

2) Your astigmatism correction ("cylinder") Vision.

Some doctors write plus (+) or minus (-) after cylinder at the prescriptions. If you have astigmatism in one or both eyes, please feel free to contact us for further price information

3) This measurement should be got from your doctors, or can be obtained from licensed optometrist.

Notice:

1.      The price on the form is only for one piece of lens. Our MOQ is two pieces of lenses .

2.      Process time for common lenses is about 4-5 days, but for the prescription with special Strong strength, it needs 12-18 days to process lenses. Please contact us for more detailed information in advance.

3.      Buyers must guarantee that prescription is accurate .The prescription can include following information: both left and right eye Sphere, Cylinder and Axis ,and your Pupil Distance (PD) etc. If you don’t have cylinder (CYL), you don't need to offer CYL and AXIS. In the meanwhile ,please let us know the correction vision of two eyes, age and purpose of wearing optical glasses (reading or looking at distance).

4.      For special Strong strength such as strong astigmatism (from strength +/-2.25 to Strength +/-4.00),mixed astigmatism, etc, it needs extra payment and needs 12-18 days to process lenses. Please contact us for further price in advance.

5.      As for multifocal progressive lenses, it is only suitable for people who have worn it before and is not suitable for people who haven’t worn it. And it needs about 10-18 days to process it .The specific time depends on the detailed strength.
