WE USED TO OFFER FREE POSTAGE AND PACKING ACROSS A WIDE RANGE OF PRODUCTS. hOWEVER, WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF THE NEW STAR RATING SYSTEM WE HAVE NOW BEEN FORCED TO REVIEW THIS.
Where we can, we will try to offer free post and packing but we have now been advised that we should send all items, regardless of their value, by recorded mail services.
This now means that for many items we do have to make a charge and where we do, we do not make any profit on our charges and we will always adhere to the ebay selling practices policy.
This recommends that we can account for the following in our post and packing charges:
Actual Postage Charges including recorded delivery and special delivery service charges.
Handling Charges (cost of labour to pack) including cost of packaging materials.
Please be assurred that we do our best to maintain low postage and handling cost but these have to be met in order that we can remain in business and continue to offer the level of service we do.
With regards to postage times, all orders received before 12pm are normally sent out that day and at the very latest the next business day in line with our terms and conditions.

Late Delivery
Once we have have posted an item we do not have any further control over that items delivery as this is then the responsibility of the royal mail or other carriers we may use.
For UK deliveries, if your item does not arrive within 5 working days of your payment being made please alert us by email so that we can check out your items progress.
For International customers, please alert us after 10 working days has elapsed.
