General Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you have fully read & understood the terms and conditions before ordering. By placing an order you are accepting that you agree with the terms & conditions below and are bound by them.
We have made every effort to accurately represent the information and colours of products on this website. However, as colours vary between different monitors, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual product colour.
We will take every care to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate at the time they are entered.
All sizes and measurements are approximate and we advise customers to consult the actual listing for more details.
Once an order is placed you will be sent email notification that we have received it.
We will endeavour to dispatch all items ordered before 4pm on the same working day (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, items should be received within 3-4 days of your order being accepted. We do not dispatch or deliver on UK or Scottish bank holidays.
Delivery will be attempted according to the terms and conditions of the carrier. Any subsequent delivery attempts or refusal is the responsibility of the customer and as such all charges incurred will be passed on to the customer.
The responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery, except in cases where the products received are damaged or incorrect products have been delivered by us.
Liability for items which are lost or damaged after delivery will belong solely to the customer.
Ownership of the products will pass to the customer on delivery of goods or upon receipt of full payment (including postage costs) being received by us, whichever is the later.
The prices quoted for items are inclusive plus post, packaging and handling fees where applicable. However, customers must be aware that there may be an additional delivery charge to be added for all goods such as customs fees which may be payable either before we ship or on delivery.
Prices are liable to change without notice, however product price changes will not affect orders which have already been placed and an order despatch email has been received. If the price of an item is reduced after an order is placed the difference will not be refunded.
Cancelling your order
Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. If the goods have been despatched to you.
Once you receive the goods you will have to send them back and the return postage is your responsibility. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing (email, fax or post) within 7 days of purchase and return the item(s) to us.

Our postage charges not only cover the cost of postage but also packaging materials such as mailbags, bubble wrap, paper, printing and not to forget the actual handling and packing cost involved.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving them in accordance with our terms and conditions as well as our returns policy in force at that time.
How should I send it?
We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility.
Do I have to pay to return?
We’re sorry but if you are returning items because you have changed your mind it will be at your cost and we will not refund you original delivery charge.
How long can I keep my order before returning?
We ask you return your items to us within 7 days of receiving them.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back.
Please allow a further week for the amount to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.
We Can, at our discretion, exchange an item for you...but?
We can offer an exchange on any returned products subject to stock availability. If we have sent you an incorrect item then there will be no additional postage cost in sending you a replacement. If we have sent you the correct item then there will be an additional charge for postage cost in sending you a replacement item.
How will I get my refund?
We will refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. Paypal)

We’re only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it’s happened to you we’re very sorry and we’ll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.

Some items are excluded from our returns policies for hygiene reasons such as underwear and swimwear.
We do not accept returns for items sold in an ebay auction sale or wholesale and trade sales.

· Orders received and paid for by 12pm are normally dispatched the same day or within 2 working days. However, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that there is a delay in shipping an order and where this is the case we will advise you of the situation and will endeavour to ship the order no later than 4 working days after payment has been made.
· Deliveries normally take place Monday to Saturday between 07.00 and 21.00 hrs and many items will need to be signed for.
· If you are not able to accept the item at the time it is delivered, you will be liable for any additional delivery cost.
- Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
· You will receive a despatch notification when your order ships.
· We are not always able to offer any combined shipping discounts.
· We do not offer an online or ebay sales collection service from any of our eBay sites of operation, our warehouses, our retail stores or our Clearance Bargains outlets.

All our products are sold for domestic use for individual consumers in the UK and Northern Ireland. We choose to limit our product offering to consumers to a maximum of 10 items in any 10 days (excluding mobile phones). We do however recognise that some of our products provide an opportunity for people to purchase as trade. All items purchased on our trade listings, or where buyers have purchased more than 5 of the same type of item over any 90 day period, will be classed as trade purchases. All trade purchases are excluded from any stated or implied guarantee and cannot be returned to us under any circumstances.
- For your own peace of mind, and for Buyer Protection, we ONLY accept payment via Paypal. We do not normally accept cash, cheque, debit or credit cards, postal orders, bank transfer or any other payment method.
- Immediate payment is required on all Buy It Now purchases. Auction purchases must be paid for in full within 3 days of the auction ending.

All of our orders are shipped by recognised mail and courier services such as royal mail service, DHL ect. However, we do reserve the right for our own delivery services to deliver goods to you.

Any attempt to repair or tamper with an item in any way whatsoever will mean that we will not be able to accept it’s return and will make any warranty that may be given null and void.

However, in such circumstances, where a courier provides insurance for the product being sent, we will make a claim to them, on your behalf and any and all monies received from the insurers will be forwarded to you, unless we have sent you a replacement. Where we have provided a replacement, you agree to assist us in recovering our cost from the carrier concerned.
You must advise us immediately if the package is damaged on arrival and also bring any immediately visible damage to the attention of the courier and ensure that he makes appropriate notes and records when you sign for the item.
We always endeavour to give you the best possible value and service with the dispatch cost of your item/s. All shipping prices are fully inclusive of all handling and packaging fees and no profits are made on our P&P charges.
All items will be dispatched by certified first class Royal Mail / Parcel Force 48 or DHL for larger items. We usually dispatch next day but please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch/delivery.
No items will be posted until your payment has cleared. Please note that we cannot make guarantees on behalf of any shipping company or fully predict delivery patterns especially during National Holidays and weekends.
Due to the high value of many of the items we sell, it is our policy to send such items via couriers/postal carriers who offer a tracking facility. We will try to keep you as informed as possible on the despatch and delivery progress of your item.
If you have not received your item after 15 day’s from our dispatch notification you must advise us immediately and we can then investigate the matter and if necessary arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched to you.
In any event you must advise us of non receipt of items within 20 day’s of you receiving our dispatch notification. After a period of 20 day’s has elapsed we will assume that you have received your item in good working condition. Any claims for non delivery after 20 day’s may not be covered and we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund.
We may agree to supply a replacement after this period has elapsed but you may be responsible for any additional postage charges.
We do not normally offer a set postage discount for multiple items, but will gladly offer our best price for sending multiple items. From time to time we offer promotions for multiple purchases and combined shipping and details can be found in our listings and/or shop pages.
Descriptions: are always as accurate as possible please read them carefully before buying.
Measurements: are approximate and are either the measurements supplied by the manufacturer or if measured by us are taken to the nearest half inch and are taken at the widest/largest point on the item.
Pictures: are taken using a high resolution camera, so the colour portrayed should be a good interpretation, though obviously the light conditions and your personal computer settings can affect the picture slightly so please bear this in mind.
Returns: no refunds will normally be given except as detailed above or in our listing/shop details, terms and conditions.
