Returns Policy
Any item being returned the postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
If any goods are delivered damaged we must be notified upon your receipt of the item.
If you wish to return a product for any reason you must do so within 7 days.
If you have ordered an item and changed your mind you may return it at your cost, we will charge a handling fee and refund the difference; the charge is 20% of the cost of the item: - The item must be unused, complete, undamaged and all original packaging must be intact. If the item is found to be damaged or have parts missing the cost of repair and or reinstatement will be deducted from the refund.
Genuinely faulty goods, once ratified upon return to us, will be repaired or replaced; however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item and they must be returned in the original packaging intact.
We're sorry but some personal use items like earrings, foot spas and dental products can not be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they're faulty.
To protect your personal security, we are also unable to accept returns on some non-faulty imaging and recording products such as MP3 players and digital cameras.
All of our products are supplied with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. Damage that result from normal wear-and-tear, inappropriate use, collision or as a result of the item being taken apart is not covered.
We will not accept the return of any products or provide refunds for products which are over 12 months old under any circumstances.
