Delivery-Info
Any quoted delivery time, i.e. 'next day' or '48hrs' implies a working day, Monday-Friday and excludes the weekends & public holidays, e.g. if your delivery is a next day service and you order on a Friday then your item will be delivered on a Monday.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days (this is to allow for orders placed over the weekend and or public holidays, in most cases orders are dispatched the same or next day).
If there is no one in to receive your goods or if an incorrect postcode or address is given any additional charges made after an attempted delivery are the responsibility of buyer.
VERY IMPORTANT- when the courier delivers your item please check your item for any courier damage BEFORE SIGNING. Once you have signed for the item the courier WILL NOT accept any liability for damage – it is important to note as a general matter of practice that when you sign for any item that is being delivered to you by any courier you are not just signing to say that you have received the item (which most people think they are doing), but even more importantly you are signing to say that you have received it in good condition. If you are in any doubt, when you sign for the item there will be somewhere on the couriers' form to note that the item has been delivered damaged.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Ishop247 shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
