| Q:Do you combine shipping or offer a postage discount if I buy more than one book? There are 3 books I would like but when I try to pay Ebay tells me that I need to pay for them one at a time via Paypal |

| A:We list items only as Buy-It-Now and fixed p/p. We offer a Paypal refund of £0.50 (UK) / £1 (EUR) / £1.50 (ROW) for each subsequent p/p if you buy more than one item at the same time, provided all items are sent to the same address. But you must send us a message via the Ebay message system (NOT by email) when paying to receive the Paypal refund. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:We operate SAME DAY DESPATCH, 6 days a week. If we receive your order by 4.30 pm UK time, it will normally be despatched that day. So UK delivery is 2-3 days; Europe 3-5 days; ROW 5-10 days. We obviously cannot be responsible for postal delays once your order has left us. UK orders above £20 are sent by 'Signed For' delivery. |

| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:This is displayed in the listing. We are a full-time, operational, staffed business, not an amateur or part-time seller. Processing, picking, packing, posting and servicing your order involve human labour, time, materials, transportation and overheads. The p/p charge is NOT just for the "actual postage cost": it provides our professional service. |

| A:Yes we ship worldwide by airmail, 6 days a week. |

| Q:Why is one particular book so expensive? Can I make you a "Best Offer"? |

| A:We believe that our books are priced competitively, with prices starting at 99p. Some editions by some publishers with a particular ISBN are scarce and hard-to-find, and priced accordingly. All books over £30 have a "Best Offer" icon, so you may submit an offer, provided it is a sensible one: if you offer £2 for a £75 book, we will decline it. |

| Q:Can I collect in person, as I live nearby or am passing through? |

| A:Sorry, no. We operate a purely mail order business, and do not entertain personal callers. |

| Q:Hi Mate - I want to buy this book, but i wont be paying more than £8 for it including P&P - OK? P&P should only cost £1.50. So change the price to what it should be and then I'll buy it, OK? Thanks. |

| A:Yes we can, provided the book is priced at over £15.00. Otherwise we will try and describe the cover in our response message. |

| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:Normally we will refund any item, within 7 days of receipt, if the book is not as described. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us first. Please ensure that the returned package reaches us safely: we cannot be responsible for returned items which go astray in the post, or have been wrongly addressed. |

| A:As it clearly states in all our listings, we only accept Paypal. We do not accept cheques, postal orders, cash, Guatemalan money orders, or any other form of payment. In fact, Ebay won't physically allow you to buy anything from our shop unless you have a valid Paypal account. |
