Delivery Methods
Each item has a option for various delivery methods for both the UK and overseas. The First Class service will usually arrive in 1-3 working days, but the Royal Mail will not guarantee this so if you require an urgent next day delivery please choose Special Delivery as this can be guaranteed to arrive next working day before 13:00 Monday-Friday. Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery will require a signature upon the item being received.
For items that are to be sent outside of the United Kingdom, which includes all orders to be delivered to the Republic of Ireland we offer Royal Mail Airmail. The Airmail service should see parcels received in 3-7 working days, and sometime even sooner.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispach orders on the same day if they are placed and paid for before 14:00 (Monday to Friday). Items purchased after 14:00 on a Friday and on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on next working day. During busy periods we also dispatch items on Saturday's for orders placed and paid for before 09:30 on the Saturday.
Confirmation of Dispatch
When an item has been processed for dispatch we send a confirmation email out. This confirms that the item will be sent out on the next postage collection so that customers are kept informed of the progress of their transactions and are able to know when to expect delivery of their item.
