| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Items may be returned if the products are faulty or damaged. We need to be notified within 3 days of delivery of any queries. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes! If you are buying several different products or more than one of a specific product then please email before buying and we can arrange for a combined postage cost. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Orders placed and paid for before 2.30pm will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following working day. We expect orders to arrive between 1-2 working days after they have been dispatched. Royal Mail however sometimes take longer to deliver so please be patient and assured that your goods have been shipped. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping costs differ with the type of products you buy. Inkjets have a shipping cost of £2.25 and toner and laser cartridges have a shipping cost of £5.95. |
