GENUINELY UK

Many sellers on eBay claim to be 'UK Sellers' even to the extent that their item location may display as somewhere within the UK. This, however, does not neccesarily mean that the company selling the product are a UK registered business despite the item location.

Warranty
We offer a warranty on all new items excluding laptop screens which have a free 90 day warranty. We offer refunds within 7 days upon receipt of the item

Dispatch Time
If an order is placed before 4pm Mon-Fri the item is dispatched the very same day. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns
Whilst we glady accept returns, we can not be held responsible for incorrect purchases and will not be able reimburse any postage or other cost you may incur when returning the item to us. However, if the reason for return is due to a fault with an item then return postage costs can be compensated.
