Late Payments - until payment has been received the item it still available for sale in our 'bricks & mortar' shop. The item is not held for you until payment has been made. Please do not use our ebay shop if you have no means of paying.

You can return item(s) if you contact us via ebay messages within 7 days of taking delivery (this is your cooling off period), after this time the item maybe subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. When we receive an email requesting a return, we will send you instructions within 48 hours. In order that the refund is processed you must follow the instructions provided, returning the item(s) within 7 days of our return email. The item(s) remain your property and you will therefore be responsible for the item until we take receipt of it. You will be responsible for the cost of the return of the item(s). Funds will be credited to you by the original method used when purchased, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed. An item will not be accepted if it is delivered to us after the 14 days has elapsed. If this does happen you will be required to cover costs to have the item returned to you.

Please note office opening hours are Monday-Friday 10 am-5 pm. All correspondence will be made within these times, and within 48 hrs. Occasionally, in addition to the above we may be able to respond out of these hours, but this is not a guaranteed service, and it is at our discretion.
