We get a lot of questions regarding various things, hopefully the following will provide answers for the most common questions.
Q, ''Do you combine postage if I buy more than one item?''
A, Yes, in all cases we will only charge the minimum amount for postage - for our fishing fly sales the postage should automatically adjust on the payment page showing just the single charge even if you have bought more than one pattern or type. Don't forget - you can buy as many flies you want from us with just the initial postage charge.
Q, ''How soon can I expect to receive my order?''
A, We are full time professional sellers so you can be assured of fast service at all times - this generally means that we send out orders the day they are received and paid for or if it's late in the day they will be sent the following day.
Q, ''How do I request an invoice?''
A, Once you have completed your purchases just click on the 'pay' button in any of the confirmation emails you will have received from ebay after you confirmed you wished to buy the item - on the page that link takes you to there is a link for 'request total from seller' click on that and it will send an invoice request to us - we will usually respond very quickly in sending you an invoice.
Q, ''Do you send to all countries?''
A, We send to most countries - some are excluded due to past postal problems, these are noted in the post and packing section of each listing.
Q, ''How will my items be sent?''
A, Most items are sent by Royal Mail first class post - some are sent by courier. In all cases we only use new packaging that is suitable for the items purchased.
Q, ''Can I request that you use a tracked postal service?''
A, Yes, of course - but only if you request an invoice before paying - the charge for a tracked postal service will be added to your invoice accordingly - failure to do so will mean your order will be sent by the postal service mentioned in the listing. We will only add the actual cost of the tracked service to your invoice.
Q, ''Can I return the goods I bought''
A,
Only goods wrongly supplied or are delivered damage can be returned for full refund or exchange at our discretion.
