When Will I Receive It?

We know that nothing is more important for us than meeting your expectation of when goods will arrive. Like many very large organisations we ship from Guernsey (memory products) or Jersey (inkjets) to let us offer you the very very best pricing.

We maintain sufficient stock to ship your order immediately. We ship same day orders received up to 12pm. Your goods should arrive by Royal Mail within 3/4 days of payment for your order. But like every mail order company we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and the vagaries of bad weather.

What Happens If I Have A Problem

We offer great value prices on superb quality goods. We know sometimes things can go wrong. We aim to put it right as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you have any faulty or damaged item or for any reason receive what appears to be incorrect goods please contact us at channelsales@makingitgreen.co.uk by email and explain your problem. Or by using the contact seller option in eBay.

We will respond within 1 full working day.

Provided the product is within its warranty period, we will arrange, at our expense, the return of the product and send replacement goods within 1 working day.

Please do not return goods until you have heard back from us and have an Authorised Returns Reference Number. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

Can I change My Mind?

Yes! If you need to return goods for any other reason, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Email us for a Returns Reference Number at channelsales@makingitgreen.co.uk and we will send you an authorised Returns Number.

Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received including all documentation and original unopened packaging.

Your return package must contain the Returns Number. Return postage costs will be your responsibility.
