Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns Policy for Damage, Missing or Faulty Goods

1) In the unlikely events like above, it is totally our responsibility to get things right to insure customer satisfaction.

2) We will send replacement on our cost or issue a full refund for the goods including postage.

3) The item will be examined on return, if no faults are found no refund will be given and it will be customers’ responsibility to collect the items.

Seven day money back guarantee for non-faulty goods

1) We will issue a full refund of the item price just for changing your mind, within 7 days after delivery.
2) The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
3) Delivery costs are not refundable.
4) It is buyer’s responsibility to return the items.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: We will combine shipping for multiple items, please contact us after your purchase for more information.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: It is normally within 3 working days. Some heavy furniture items can take up to 2 to 3 weeks due to two man service. We will keep you updated all the way through.

Q: Do you offer collections?

A: Yes, you are welcome to collect from our warehouse; payment must be made in person when collecting goods.

Q:  Is your oak table set made of Solid oak and real leather?

A: yes, the oak further are 100% solid oak unless stated. The weight is a good sign of Solid Oak. Veneer products are normally much lighter. The leather chairs are really leather, NOT faux leather.

Q: I have sent you many emails, why do not I receive any replies yet?

A: We aim to answer all questions between Monday and Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you have sent messages at weekend of bank holiday, normally you do not have replies until our working hours.
