Ihomestore ( Operated by Youngs International) delivers from our Devon distribution centre to United Kingdom and Ireland. Please note that delivery to Scottish Highland, N.Ireland, Ireland and offshore island will occur additional charges.

Our carriers can offer AM or Saturday delivery, however, this will occur additional charges. Please contact us to add on the additional charges if you want the special timed delivery.

We use various methods of delivery, those methods apply to most of area of UK and Ireland, however, some methods might not applied to certain areas.

We will work with you to choose which method is best to suit you. Please leave your phone numbers as soon as you made your purchase so that we can organise delivery for you as soon as possible.

 Method A

Fast Parcel delivery (normally 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, Saturday delivery occurs £25 charge)

Generally this method is used for single or small items under 30kg, some large items occasionally applies this services. We will email you when items are despatched. This service is normally 24 hours services unless it is stated, we normally can offer you a tracking number, please call to ask. When you receive the email from us, normally the items should be delivered in next working day ( excluding weekends and bank holiday).

Please note our parcel delivery carrier might not telephone ahead to book the delivery, however if you are not in they will leave a card with a contact telephone number for you to agree a convenient date. This card must be responded to within 48 hours to avoid the items being returned to us hence creating an re-delivery charge. This is a one man door to door service, assistance will be required with lifting the item.

Method B

Fast Pallet delivery (normally 2 to 3 working days delivery, Saturday delivery cost £30 extra)

This method is used for our large, heavy or multiple items.  We will email you when the items is being despatched, once the emails is sent off, the items normally will be delivered in two days unless stated. This service is normally 3 to 5 working days and items are well wrapped on a pallet for protection of damage.

The courier normally will call 1 or 2 hours earlier, so please leave your phones numbers ( mobile and landline both preferred). Please note this is a door to door service, the courier can only deliver pallet to you door or garage outside your house, and they cannot help to break the pallet and cannot lift the items into your house.

Method C

Two Man Service ( Delivery with 14 days)

This method is used for our large, heavy or multiple items.  We can offer flexible services by this method. Courier always calls in advance and arrange a time with you, and also should be able to give you a estimate time. If there is anything happen, the drive will call to explain the reason and to arrange the delivery as to make sure they will arrive you on time.

Please note that once you agree with a date or a time with this courier, once the courier arrived and you are not available, re-delviery charges will be occurred, purely because this courier has to take all the items back once your missed the delivery, we cannot accept liability for any losses or inconvenience caused for delivery failures to unforeseen circumstances. Of course, we always try our best to work with you to avoid this happens.

The courier is able to help you to lift the items into your house with a two man service.

Please also note that this method is for mainland of UK only. Other areas please choose Method B.

These items will be delivered by 2 man delivery and delivered into your home, the carriers will not unwrap or assemble any items. The items will generally be delivered via a 7.5 tonne vehicle so please be sure your property is accessible for this size of truck.
