Find a Product
If you know
what category the product might be in, you can drill down through the menu
categories until you find a list of products in that category. Or you can enter
the author, artist or a keyword from the title in the "Product Search" box.
Shipping & Delivery
All goods
weighing up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post (inland) or Airmail
(outside UK). Over 2kg and up to 6kg we use Royal Mail's Standard Parcels
Service (UK only). We will be happy to quote for orders larger than these
limits. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days of receiving it, subject
to product availability. If we have to order goods for you from America, the
average delivery time is 2-3 weeks, subject to product availability. This will
normally be indicated in the product details. You will be advised if this
happens.
Local import duties
Local
import duties are not included in our shipping charges. These are payable by the
customer. If in doubt please check with your local customs and excise
department.
Payment Methods
iconnectdirect only uses PayPal. They accept all major cards such as MasterCard,
AMEX and Visa. You do not need to open a PayPal account. It’s the simplest and
one of the safest ways to pay on the Internet. Please note, your credit or debit
card will be charged (or your PayPal account debited, if you have one) at the
time you make payment through PayPal. We will refund payments at once if we
cannot fulfil your order your card details are protected by 128-bit SSL
technology and we never see them.
Complete the Order
We will
process your order when we have verified the order and payment details. You will
receive further emails from us when your order status changes again - usually to
"shipped", but possibly to "cancelled" or "refunded" if a problem arises. We
will also advise you of the reason we cannot fulfil your order in these cases.
If we do have to refund your payment, you will also receive an email from PayPal
notifying you of this.

by phone or fax? At present we would like all orders placed via our website.
However in case of extreme difficulty you can call us on 01908 321988 (Opening

When will my 'out of stock' backorder arrive?
If an item
you ordered is placed on "back order" status, we will send you an email
informing you of the delay in shipping. The "back order" email will also inform
you of the due shipping date for the product you are waiting for.
When will my advance order arrive?
iconnectdirect will from time to time feature a number of different
advance-order offers for customers to purchase a product before it releases. We
will endeavour to ship all new releases on the official launch date and not
before.
Missing, wrong or incomplete orders
Have not received my order.
On very
rare occasions a problem may occur with the delivery of a package. If for some
reason you do not receive your order within the shipping time stated, please
notify us at customerservice@iconnectdirect.co.uk
An item is missing from my order.
Please
contact our customer service department at
customerservice@iconnectdirect.co.uk and we will re-ship the missing item as
soon as possible, free of charge.
We shipped the incorrect item to you.
Please let
us know at once at customerservice@iconnectdirect.co.uk so we can arrange for
return of the item and its replacement.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders between us if:
1. We have
insufficient stock to deliver the goods or capacity to provide the services you
have ordered.
2. Events
beyond our control. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver
goods or services you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or
defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond
our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes or other
industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or flood, fire, explosion or
accidents.
3. Prices
on iconnectdirect are subject to change without notice at any time. While
iconnectdirect strives to provide accurate product and pricing information,
pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed
at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing
or product information, iconnectdirect shall have the right, at our sole
discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event
that an item is wrongly priced, iconnectdirect may, at its discretion, either
contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation.
Returns Policy
Items can
be returned within seven days of receipt. If an item is damaged or there is a
manufacturing defect we will replace the item free of charge and send you the
replacement. If an item is defective or significantly different to that
described on our site we will refund the postage costs you incur to return the
item along with the refund.
If the item
is not damaged but you wish to return it, you may do so and we will credit your
account for the product's cost once we receive the returned item(s). We will
only pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot
give a refund for any CD, audio book, DVD, video recording or computer software
where the original package seal is broken, unless the item has a manufacturing
defect.
Opened
items are considered used and cannot be returned for a refund. The returned
goods must be in the condition they were in when delivered to you and you are
responsible for all delivery/postage charges.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
INTERPRETATION: In these Conditions the following words have the following
meanings
"We/Our/Us"
or "the Company": iconnectmk Ltd., of 16 Stonegate, Bancroft, Milton Keynes
United Kingdom MK13 0PX, the owner and operator of the web site.
"Goods":
any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied to you by us (including any part
or parts of them).
"You/your":
the person(s), firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company.
"Contract":
any contract between you and us for the sale and purchase of the Goods,
incorporating these Conditions and Our Privacy Policy.
"Privacy
Policy" the document which outlines how we will use your information and which
is available on Our Website
"Website"

"Working
Day" Monday to Friday excluding bank and other public holidays
All orders placed with iconnectdirect (an operating division
of iconnectmk Ltd.) via the Internet are subject to the terms listed below. No
variation to these terms shall be valid or effective. These do not supersede
your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods acts or Distance Selling
Directives but are designed to clarify the principles and procedures by which we
work.
YOUR ORDER:
Your order is an offer to buy the goods from us under these conditions. We do
not have to accept your offer (for example if goods are wrongly priced). The
email you receive after ordering is an automatically generated copy of your
offer sent solely for your convenience and does not constitute our acceptance of
it.
PAYMENT
TERMS: Dispatch will not take place until payment is received in full.
PRICES:
Prices charged for goods will be those current at date of dispatch. Goods which
are offered on the web site at the regular price may also be offered at a
discount as part of a time-limited offer. Although we make every effort to
remove offers promptly, the nature of the internet is such that out-of-date
pages may still be served to customers. Subject to the foregoing
exceptions, the shopping cart will calculate the final price to be paid
including any applicable discounts and shipping & handling before commitment to
purchase is required.
DUTIES &
LOCAL TAXES: Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at
the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is
provided with all goods shipped.
DELIVERY:
Every effort will be made to achieve delivery dates where quoted on the web
site, by telephone or any other media, but we will not be liable for any loss,
direct or indirect or consequential arising from delay in delivery. In the event
of goods being out of stock after an order has been placed and paid for, we will
attempt to obtain and dispatch the goods in question within seven days of the
order date. However, should this not be possible, then we will repay the
purchaser the price of the said goods, or offer an alternative delivery date, or
an alternative similar product, at the buyer's discretion.
RIGHT TO
CANCEL: If You wish to cancel the Contract, you must notify us in writing within
7 working days of receipt of the Goods. You must return the Goods to us at your
expense. On the satisfactory receipt of the Goods, We will refund the price paid
for the Goods.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: Shipping Costs will be added to all orders made through this
web site according to the prevailing charges, which may change from time. The
current charges are advertised on the website. In any case, before you commit to
payment, you will see a Payment Summary page which will show the applicable
shipping/handling charge. The final price quoted on the payment summary page is
the price of the goods including delivery and packing to the stated destination
and VAT. This is the final price which is passed to our payment gateway.
GUARANTEE:
We undertake to replace or credit customers for items which have failed due to
genuine design faults or bad workmanship. Items that show damage through misuse
will not be considered for replacement or credit. We remind customers to assess
the condition of the product before applying for a replacement or credit. In no
circumstances shall the seller be liable, in contract, tort (including
negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise whatsoever and howsoever
arising for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or
anticipated savings or for any special, indirect or consequential damage of any
nature whatsoever.
RETURN OF
GOODS: All goods supplied in accordance with customer’s orders will not be
accepted for return without our prior consent, we do not deal on a sale or
return basis.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders may not be cancelled once in transit.
CLAIMS for
LOSS or DAMAGE: Shortages or damage should be advised within 2 days of receipt.
Claims after this period will not be accepted. The carrier’s delivery note must
be endorsed "received damaged / open / missing".
SPECIFICATIONS: Any description of the Goods on our Website is for guidance
only. No pictures, descriptions, specifications or advertising will form part of
the Contract.
FORCE
MAJEURE: We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or
non-performance of any contract arising, directly or indirectly, from any cause
outside the control of the company.
CONFIDENTIALITY: iconnectmk Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Acts
and undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information
supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We may use our customer
information to advise our clients of our goods and services that we feel will be
of interest to them (unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing) but the
information is not sold or supplied to any outside agency.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS: Online credit/debit card transactions are handled by
PayPal via a separate secure connection to their server and your card
information is never transmitted to us or our web server - only the result of
the transaction itself. In case of difficulty with the transaction, you should
contact PayPal as advised in your e-mail receipt.
DISPUTES:
This contract shall be governed by English law and English courts shall have the
exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that might arise save that the
company may institute and maintain proceedings in respect of this contract in
any country. Proceedings against a foreign customer may be served by post
addressed to them in any consulate of their country or residence or nationality.

Policy
We will
ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998 and its relevant subordinate legislation and
we will comply with the principles set out in that Act. When you supply any
personal information to us we will meet our legal obligations towards you in the
way that we deal with that information. In accordance with the data protection
principles we have to collect the information fairly and to let you know how we
will use it (see above) and whether we will pass the information on to anyone
else. We will not supply your personal information to third parties without your
express prior consent or where required by law. We will ensure that any
information will be held only as long as is necessary to ensure that our service
runs smoothly. We use up to date industry procedures to keep personal data as
safe and secure as possible and to protect against loss, unauthorised disclosure
or access.
