UK Customers:
If you are buying from the U.K, your order will be posted via Royal Mail First Class post.
Most items arrive within 48 hours, but please leave up to 5 working days before contacting us on the whereabouts of your package. Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item as 'lost' until 15 working days have passed, therefore we may ask you to wait until this time has passed before we can take further action.

European Customers:
If buying from Europe items are posted via Royal Mail Airmail. Most items arrive within 5-28 working days (excluding weekends). Please leave up to 21 working days before contacting us on the whereabouts of your item.
If you would like your item posted via a faster shipping method ('International Signed For') please choose this service upon checkout.
Royal Mail state 5-14 working days for this delivery service, but is not guaranteed.
Rest of the World Customers:
If buying from USA, Canada, or Australia items are posted via Royal Mail Airmail. Most items arrive within 7-28 working days (excluding weekends).
Please leave up to 21 working days before contacting us on the whereabouts of your item.
If you would like your item posted via a faster method ('International Signed For') please choose this service upon checkout. Royal Mail state 5-14 working days for this delivery service, but is not guaranteed.
Combining Postage
As we require all payments to be immediate, the combined postage rule does not work. Any items purchased on the same day, that we can pack together will qualify for a £1 refund (items with free postage do not qualify).
For each additional item you buy that same day.
For example, For 3 items bought, we will refund you £2 through Paypal.
Please message us as soon as you have finished shopping with us and we will refund you within 48 hours.
