Shipping

Your item will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment is cleared from PayPal.

We only ship the item on business days Mondays through Fridays except the weekends and holidays.

All items may be shipped directly from Vancouver, B.C Canada through Canada Post or directly from USA through USPS (depending on the time frame, size of the item and shipping charge).

Regular mail or parcel takes approximately 2 to 10 business days, while Xpresspost takes about 2 business days by Canada Post. Since we have NO control on postal transit time, delivery time may be longer depending on Canada Post.

Shipping cost includes postage, handling fees, packaging supplies and so forth, please do not buy if you disagree the rate.

Buyers should check and make sure your address is correct at PayPal adn Ebay when checkout. We are not responsible for the lost shipment due to the incomplete or incorrect address.
Payment

PayPal is preferred. If no PayPal account, please contact us to arrange other method of payment.

Buyer must make payment within 7 days after the auction closed or after purchased. Unpaid auction will be forfeited and you will receive an unpaid strike and negative feedback.

Applicable taxes will be charged to all Canadian buyers.

International buyers will not be charged sales tax, but custom or duty taxes may be applied. Buyers should be responsible for it.
Return

No refund accepted. Exchange the same item only for defective product.

Return / warranty will be waived if the products are being caused by misuse or physical damages.

Wrong item or Defective product for return must be claimed within 7 days after it is received.

Please email us to obtain a return authorization before returning. After a return authorization is issued, buyer must send the defective/wrong item back within 7 days.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping for the defective/wrong item return. We will be responsible for shipping the replaced item back to the customer.

Please include a print-out of Paypal slip or invoice (which has the eBay item number, eBay User ID and your shipping address) in the package.

Without a return authorization and a print-out of Paypal slip/invoice, the return cannot be accepted and the product will not be send back.
