a. We operate solely via the internet so we do not have a shop. We work hard to make sure the information on the website is as comprehensive as possible however if you feel you require more information, please call us and we will help you as much as possible.
2) Where do your items come from?
a. As with 90% of all like-for-like products you can find in all other high-street companies, our products are manufactured in China and shipped over to us. We use the same manufacturers as our more expensive competitors however we do not brand our products and therefore our prices are much better value and for the same quality product.
3) What does a LED shower head actually do?
a. Our LED shower heads are made to an excellent standard and provide that ultimate wow factor in any bathroom. They also provide a valuable safety feature in that they change colour as the temperature increases. That way no-one will scald themselves. Please take a look at to see our LED head in action.
4) How heavy are the 12” and 16” shower heads?
a. These amazing shower heads are large and heavy and therefore they can only be fitted using a ceiling shower arm
5) What’s the difference between a “Left Hand” and “Right Hand” Quadrant Shower Enclosure?
a. This refers to the location of the longer, STRAIGHT part of the enclosure, where the actual shower outlet would go. So on a RIGHT hand enclosure the doors are on the left and the shower would be on the right and for the LEFT hand enclosure the doors will be on the right and the shower outlet would be on the left. Our enclosures are all reversible so in the event the incorrect enclosure is ordered, you only need to return the tray for replacement!
6) What’s the difference between a “Left Hand” and “Right Hand” shower bath?
a. This refers to the location of the shower outlet which would be located over the widest part of the bath. If the wide part of the bath is on the left then we call that a left hand bath and if located on the right then it’s the right hand bath.
7) Are the offset quadrants reversible?
a. Yes they are. If you have ordered the wrong style of shower enclosure, all you need to do is return the tray for replacement rather than the entire enclosure!
8) What valves do I need for my towel radiator?
a. Firstly, you only need valves if you want the radiator to be connected to your central heating. The type of valve needed is dependent on where the water pipes are located. If the pipes are coming vertically from the FLOOR then they need to go STRAIGHT into the bottom of the radiator so you will need STRAIGHT valves. If the water pipes are coming horizontally from the wall, then you will need ANGLED valves which divert the water vertically up into the radiator.
9) Is the enclosure glass “Easy Clean” glass?
a. Our items do not have the polymer coating that “Easy Clean” glass has but this is an extra we will be looking into in the future.
10) Is the enclosure glass safe?
a. Our enclosure glass is actually 6mm “Toughened Safety Glass” which is so strong it can be hit with a hammer and still remains intact.
11) Is the enclosure glass “Frosted”?
a. All of our enclosure glass is clear to give a much brighter, fresher appearance.
12) Are the shower parts plastic or metal?
a. The vast majority of our major components are made from chromed brass or brushed steel. Some of our hand held shower holders and other minor parts will be chromed plastic which still offers the bright, reflective finish of the rest of the products.
13) Can the hand-held head, the fixed over-head head and the body jets be on at the same time on a three way shower?
a. No, the control at the top of the mixer valve is a diverter and you choose between each outlet. If the diverter is set between two options, say the hand-held and the overhead, then both will work BUT the pressure on both will be reduced from what it would be on just the one.
