Q: What is your returns policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a refund. Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returns are at buyers expense. Once we are in receipt of the goods a refund will be issued.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We do offer a postage discount, on our keys you pay the full postage on the firsy key then just 15 pence for each additional key. If when posted the postage price is cheaper then the excess is refunded.
We can not offer a postage discount on our Antique and Vintage clocks as we can not pack them together.
We do offer postage discounts on our Caithness stoneware and excess postage is refunded when posted.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We dispatch goods on Mon - Fri at 9 AM (not including bank holidays). Orders placed after 9 PM will be processed the next working day to go out the following working day.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling charge?
A: Shipping costs on all our clocks is between £10.00 and £15.00 and sent either by via Parcelforce 48 tracked and signed for or Royal Mail Recorded services. Full tracking details are sent to the buyer. All clock keys are for cost of stamp see above for more details. Our Caithness stoneware is from £5.00 any excess postage is refunded on posting.

A: Yes, we hand make all the Caithness Stoneware products in Caithness Scotland using local Caithness Flagstone.

A: We will ship some of our clocks outside the UK, please contact us for a price.

A: No, we offer all our clocks at a fixed price only.

A: Yes, we service all our mechanical clocks before sale, and all of our clocks are tested before offering them for sale.
Q: Is there setting up instructions with the clocks for sale?
A: Yes, all clocks that require a set up leaflet come with setting up instructions written by ourselves.
Q: If the key does not fit that I buy can I exchange it?
A: Yes, all we ask is that you cover the postage costs (returning the key, and for us to send the replacement).
