Any Discrepencies or defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. If an item is returned for a refund we issue refunds minus the shipping fees and a up to a 15% restocking fee. We accept returns up to 14 days. If the item is defective the item will be inspected upon return and a full refund will be issued and all restocking fees waived. We encourage exchanges on defective items. We are also open to upgrades or exchanges for different merchandise should a customer simply not be satisfied with the performance of a product.
