Returns Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Heswall Glass, if you have any concerns please email us in the first instance and allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues.

Should you need to return any item please contact us first. We fully comply with the distance selling regulations and ebays own return policy. Please email us with the item name and item listing number so that we are aware of the return in advance. In all cases please include your full details including contact number within the returned parcel. Please state if you require a replacement or refund.

Refunds will only be made via the same method you paid.
