Headset Solutions Christmas Information
Headset SolutionsLtd eBay shop will be open during the Christmas period and here are a fewreminders if you are buying any of our items in December and over Christmas/NewYear period.
  • The last day of shipments will be Friday 15th December (13:00pm) CUT OFF TIME!); anything ordered past then will be shipped out on 2nd January when the office is back open. (Any cases opened asking where items are or tracking details over this period will see the order cancelled and your account blocked by ourselves)
  • We understand the Christmas period is a busy time for couriers and also for our customers, with this in mind we are going to give all our BLUETOOTH items bought in December a 45 day warranty instead of our standard 30 day warranty (January 2nd the 30 day warranty takes affect again).
  • Also anything ordered in December will be dispatched the same day or next day when ordered, however we at Headset Solutions CANNOT guarantee any items being delivered before Christmas due to the back log postal office have during this period, we do advise purchasing the express delivery if the item is needed urgently.

Q. My headset has arrived and it won't pair with my phone?
A. All our items come with instructions or a pairing slip to tell you how to pair your item, if a pairing slip or instructions are not in your package then please send us a message through eBay or an email to ebay@headsetsolutions.co.uk, please DO NOT open a case and we will send over one as soon as possible.

Please make sure the headset is turned off, HOLD DOWN the power button for 10-15 seconds until the RED and BLUE lights are flashing (DO NOT LET GO WHEN A SOLID BLUE LIGHT SHOWS) then search for Bluetooth device on your telephone.

Q. My headset has arrived and it doesn't seem to be what I was looking for?
A. Please take a look at our return policy page and it will advise what to do next.

Q. My headset has arrived and it seems not all the accessories advertised are inside the package?
A. Please send us a message through eBay or an email to ebay@headsetsolutions.co.uk, please DO NOT open a case and let us know what seems to be missing and we will look into it and arrange a delivery if necessary.

Q. My headset hasn't arrived when it said it would?
A. Please allow an extra 24 hours to the estimated time as there could be a problem with the courier service (back log etc), if it still hasn't arrived then please send us a message through eBay or an email to ebay@headsetsolutions.co.uk, please DO NOT open a case and we will send you your tracking number for your item as soon as possible.
