Delivery
Please ensure that your correct delivery address and telephone numbers are registered with ebay at the point of sale, not at the point of payment if this is later.
Incorrect delivery address will result in delayed delivery and additional postage charges.
Exclusions: highlands of Scotland, Shetland Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, channel Islands, Isle of Mann or outside mainland UK:
We are unable to deliver outside of mainland UK.
Highland Postcodes include All IV, KW 1 – 14, PA 34, 37, 38, 39, PH 19 – 26, 30 – 40, 49 + 50, PH 41 Sector 4.
Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery, which will be Mon – Fri between 8am – 6pm
If the courier attempts delivery and you are not in, they will leave a calling card to enable you to call them and rearrange your delivery.
The courier will attempt to deliver on 3 occasions, If they are unable to deliver, your item will be returned to our warehouse and there will then be an additional postage charge to send out your item again.
We are unable to arrange specific times for deliveries or weekend delivery requests. Our courier will deliver to the ground floor front door or reception only.
Please note that we do not provide delivery information and/or consignment numbers when dispatching items. However if you do require this information, please contact us.
Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted:-
· Via Paypal
· Credit or Debit Card – you would need to contact our office on 01902 456457 during normal working hours [8.30am – 4.30pm]
· Cheque: NB Goods will be dispatched once your cheque has been cleared by the bank.
· Postal Order
· Bankers Draft
· Payment on collection:- Please note that no cheques will be accepted on collection.

Collection can be arranged Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm by prior appointment only. Please contact us via the ebay messaging system to arrange or call our office during normal working hours on 01902 456457.

If you require any further information, [other than additional photographes or measurements], please send us a message via the ebay messaging system. We aim to answer all emails within 48hours. Please ensure you contact us through the ebay messaging system at all times as other email messages may not be received by us.
Opening Times
We are an internet only based company so although open ‘24/7’ we aim to answer emails within 48hours and only answer calls Monday to Friday.
Viewing items
We are unable to offer a viewing service as
A] We do not have a shop or a showroom
B] All stock is flat packed and boxed ready for dispatch.
Photos and measurements
Please note that we are unable to provide additional photographs or specific additional measurements of items other than the shop listing, as all our items are flat packed and boxed in our warehouse ready for delivery.
Return Policy If you are not happy with the item, we will take it back within 7 days, providing it is in the same condition and packaging as when it left our warehouse. However, you will be responsible for the cost of transport both ways. We will be happy to send replacement parts if necessary or a replacement item (provided we have it in stock) or give you a refund for the product value. Obviously, if there is a genuine fault with the product that we haven't mentioned, or the item is damaged in transit, we will cover the cost of transport and replace or refund the item. We may require photographic evidence of damage.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the item is what you want before committing to buy, I.e., Correct Color and size.
- If your boxed item is damaged at the point of delivery, please state this on the drivers receipt form and state that the internal items are unchecked.
