We want you to be sure you've got the gear that's right for you. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of shipment date for an exchange or refund minus shipping (in original undamaged packing). The actual shipping cost will be deducted from final refunded amount. No refunds will be issued beyond 30 days of time of receipt.
Customers who abuse eBay's feedback system and leave a paypal complaint or negative/ neutral feedback instead of contacting us and giving us the chance to make things right are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
Damaged merchandise must be reported within three days of receipt for an exchange. No need to send it back just mail us the pictures of the broken parts and will send you the replacements at free of cost. |
