If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of shipment date for an exchange or refund minus shipping (in original undamaged packing). The actual shipping cost will be deducted from final refunded amount. A restocking fee of 20 percent shall apply. No refunds will be issued beyond 30 days of time of receipt. |

What if I received broken item in transit? |

Damaged merchandise must be reported within three days of receipt for an exchange. No need to send them back just mail us the pictures of the broken parts and will send you the replacements free of cost. |

How do I know if an item is in stock? |

We only list INSTOCK items on ebay. Once you submit your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Or, you can call us or drop us an e-mail. |

What is your shipping method? Does Hakam Din ship internationally? |
|
All orders above $100 shipped by DHL and FEDEX International. While this is a more expensive method compared to Postal Service, we feel that our customers deserve the high level of reliability, tracking, and service DHL and FEDEX provides. We use International Postal Service for all orders less then $ 100 and for all accessories listed on ebay. Bulk orders and few oversized items we sell can not be delivered via Speed Post because of International Postal Service size restrictions. So, those will be delivered via AIR or SEA freight. |

Yes we do! Custom-Made instruments have a 48-hour approval period. Should any changes be desired, it must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt. You have to bare the cost of shipping both ways. |

What is Hakam Din’s Warranty Policy? |

Hakam Din is a manufacturing group, as well as an authorized dealer for all brands we carry on our site, and all brand new items come with a manufacturers’ warranty. We strongly encourage you to fill out and send the warranty cards to the manufacturers upon receipt of your purchase. You have 2 options should your instruments need warranty repairs covered by the manufacturer: |

We highly recommend that you take the instrument to the local authorized repair facility and have the warranty repairs done there. This will be the quickest way to have your instrument repaired. |

Send the instrument to Hakam Din and we will take care of the warranty repairs. You are responsible for shipping charges to and from Hakam Din. We recommend that you insure your package as well. |

Do you do repair or an overhaul? |

The priceless hands of our craftsmen are waiting to give a new life to your priceless instrument. It doesn’t matter which instrument it is, how old it is, how bad it is or what make it is, you can get it overhauled for US $50 only. (Note: You are responsible for shipping charges to and from Hakam Din. We recommend that you insure your package as well.) |

How do I make changes to order? |

You can make changes to your order at any time during the order process before you give final confirmation of the order.
After your order has been submitted, you can change the order by contacting a Customer Service Associate at contacts. To provide the quickest possible delivery of your merchandise, we process in-stock orders immediately. As a result, we cannot make any changes to your order after the payment has been received. |
