For all UK deliveries we only use Parcel Force or Royal Mail 2nd class, and delivery is free as standard. At the checkout you will have the option to upgrade your postage delivery to a timed service (postcode dependent).
Prices for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other offshore UK islands will be applied to the basket according to the item listing you purchase. This also applies to international deliveries too. Please be aware postage times will be different to what is quoted on the listings to these areas.
Please note we are not able to offer free delivery at present on car batteries. This also applies to all orders going to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or other offshore UK islands. The postage charge as applicable will be on the listing when your postcode for delivery is entered.
Excludes orders going to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or other offshore UK islands where an additional postage charge may apply which may be selected in the basket. Please also note that delivery to these areas will be longer.
Please note we can not ship car batteries or any liquids to postcode areas BT (Northern Ireland) & JE, GY (Channel Islands). Also car batteries and any liquids larger than 20 litres cannot be shipped to The Scottish Highlands, postcode areas HS, IM, KW, PA, PH, ZE
For European deliveries, anything over 2kg in weight will be sent with our Parcel Force Europe service, anything below that weight will go with Royal Mail Airmail standard service. Anything outside of Europe will go Royal Mail Airmail up to a limit of 2kg per parcel. If you are outside Europe and require an order to be shipped to you, please message us via the eBay system for a quote.
All orders received by 4 pm will be dispatched the same day by your selected postage method. Please note we do not dispatch or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our post is collected every weekday (Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays and exceptional circumstances) from our warehouse in Birmingham.
Please note that if you have not received your order sent by Royal Mail in the expected time frame, we have to wait three working weeks before a lost in post claim form can be put through – however this is a very rare occurrence and something we do not see happen often. The reason we allow for three working weeks to elapse is items will be returned to the sender if not delivered within that time period.
If you need your order urgently then we suggest using one of our tracked and traced courier services.
Returns are accepted if you change your mind or are not happy with your item for any reason: please contact us within 30 days of delivery to notify us.
If you receive an incorrect product from ourselves, please notify us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to replace any incorrect item as fast as possible.
**It is VITALLY IMPORTANT you include your details and part number ordered when returning your item! Unless details are included, your refund will be severely delayed! We have thousands of orders so if we just receive a part in a parcel, we have no idea who sent it until you chase it with our ebay team.**
In all cases where an item requires returning, it needs to be returned in the parts original packaging as per what we sent it out in, and it will be at the buyers cost unless previously agreed with GSF Carparts. Any return postage costs may be refunded at the discretion of GSF Carparts. If we have agreed this, you MUST include a receipt for return postage in with the parcel. If this is not included, we will be unable to refund postage costs!
We can also accept returns via any of our MAINLAND UK branches (excluding Ireland). For this service, you must contact GSF eBay who will send you an email, a copy of which must accompany the goods being returned or exchanged. If this email is not with the goods, the branch will be unable to return the goods on your behalf. Goods for return will be sent free of charge on your behalf to GSF eBay via internal transport and credited within 48 hours of receipt back at GSF eBay. Under no circumstances will the branch be able to refund! Under no circumstances will goods be exchanged at branch. If alternative items are required, they must be purchased at the branch in full and the original purchase will be returned to GSF eBay via the branch for the credit. We apologize but all credits can only be done on return of the original goods to GSF eBay and via your original payment method.
In all cases, refunds can only be issued once we receive the unwanted or faulty goods back at GSF eBay. Please remember to include one of the copies of your purchase invoice with a small cover note from yourself, with the return parcel so we can process the refund as fast as possible. We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, providing they are undamaged and in a sale-able condition. Any items that are received back not in a resalable condition will be returned back to the customer at the customers cost.
Every item has a minimum 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event it goes faulty within that period please contact us and we will sort out a replacement or a refund for you as soon as possible.
We can only accept electrical items for refund if they have not been fitted. If they found to have been fitted we will have no choice but to refuse the request for return unless it is a faulty product.
