We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase, however, if for any reason you would like to return the item, you can do so within 7 working days.

We get a certificate of posting for each package we send out. If you don't receive your item within 7 working days after payment, please let us know so that we can sort out the issue.

If the item you receive is faulty, we can either send out a replacement (depending on stock levels) or refund your payment.

We ask that the item be returned in it's original packaging please.
